About FSBO

Mountain Land and Homes FSBO provides buyers a way to search for both FSBO and Realtor listings in one place.  For sellers, we offer various options to help you sell your property that include the following:

  • Free advertising on our web page.  Just view one of our FSBO listings for a sample.  Once you have uploaded all of your information, we also upload your property information to other popular web sites;

  • If you need some help, we charge a nominal fee to take your property pictures and set up your listing.  We also offer professional yard and directional signs with your phone number for a very small rental fee;

  • We can also list your property on the local multiple listing service (MLS) and realtor.com for either a flat fee of $400 or a low 1%* listing fee.  Not only does the 1% listing fee include full realtor support, you still have the option of selling your property.  Use our calculator below to see how much this could save you.
