Mountain Land & Homes FSBO, LLC is a licensed real estate company and offers full real estate listing services for a 1% listing fee. Full real estate services include: listing your property on the local MLS and Realtor.com; uploading your listing to other internet sites, such as Realtor.com and Google Base; provide one yard sign and one directional sign; provide sales forms and contract negotiation support; assist property owner in showing the property to potential buyers; and determination of fair market value. If the property sells while listed with Mountain Land & Homes FSBO, LLC, the minimum commission paid to Mountain Land & Homes FSBO, LLC will be 1%. If a Buyers agent sells the property, the total commission paid by the seller will be the 1% listing fee plus the agreed upon buyers agent fee.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, display or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, provided, however, that you may make a reasonable number of digital or other form of copies to permit your computer hardware and software to access and view the content, print one copy of each piece of content, make and distribute a reasonable number of copies of content, in whole or in part, in hard copy or electronic form for internal use only. Property sellers may print as many copies of their own listing as they deem necessary to promote the sale of their property. Any permitted copies of content must reproduce in an unmodified form any notices contained in the content, such as copyright statements.
